Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Oshkosh, WI, for a Grant & Development Coordinator. The primary responsibilities include researching and identifying potential funding opportunities, writing and submitting grant proposals to secure funding, and maintaining donor relationships through effective communication. The coordinator will also assist with special event and project management tasks, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising goals and support program development.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Writing and proficient knowledge of drafting grant proposals and related documentation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships with donors, stakeholders, and organizational partners
- Project Management experience, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience and knowledge in Fundraising strategies and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, as well as independently
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in using software tools related to grant management and donor relations is a plus
