The Outreach Team is seeking a Voter Contact Field Director to recruit, train, and manage a field team across targeted districts. You will lead by example, canvassing in the field and guiding staff toward campaign goals while ensuring accurate reporting and strong voter contact.
This role requires leadership, long hours including evenings and weekends, and a commitment to equity and inclusion. Preference for local candidates in WI, AZ, MI, PA regions, with a September start for the midterm cycle.
