Overview

• Oversee perioperative operations, quality, accreditation readiness (AAAHC/Joint Commission/CMS), infection prevention, sterile processing, supply chain, budget stewardship, case scheduling, block optimization, revenue integrity, policy development, and survey preparedness.
• Mentor a multidisciplinary team of RNs, surgical technologists, CRNAs, anesthesia partners, pre‑op/PACU clinicians, materials management, and business office professionals.
• Champion evidence‑based workflows from pre‑op to PACU, maintain elevated sterility standards, and uphold a high‑reliability culture that meets all accreditation benchmarks.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, medical directors, and governing board to drive throughput and patient experience across 2 ORs and 1 procedure room.
