This position is 4 shifts in a two‑week pay period on the PM shift (2:30 pm‑10:45 pm) for a total of 32 hours per week. Shifts are Wednesday and every other weekend.

• Deliver compassionate, patient‑centered care to our residents.

• A current LPN or RN license in Wisconsin.
