• 18 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 1 month worked in the last 12 months.
• ASN completion required.

• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 12 months gap required between staff assignments for Program:

  - Advocate Health Midwest and no current placement allowed at the program.
• 12 months gap required between part‑time assignments for Program:

• 12 months gap required between per‑dime assignments for Program:

• Experience with diagnostics, interventional, femoral and radial approach, IFR, FFR, balloon pumps.
• Experience with Cath Lab and critical care (ED or ICU).

Unit/Facility Details:
Parking Lot is free.

• Weekend requirement: rotation.
• On call, call back: 8 am to noon Saturdays and Sundays for stress tests, TEEs and cardioversions.
• Holiday requirements: none.
• Maximum 7 days time off.
• 1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months.
• 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months.
• Proof of identification required.
