RN or LPN – Compassionate In‑Home & School Support (Oshkosh, WI)

Pay: $32.00–$38.00 per hour

A wonderful young man in the Oshkosh area is looking for a compassionate, reliable nurse to join his care team. His family is warm, supportive, and deeply grateful for the skilled professionals who help keep him safe, comfortable, and thriving. We are seeking Skilled Nursing support (LPN or RN) to provide one‑on‑one care in both the family home and a public school setting. You’ll play an essential role in supporting his daily health needs, ensuring safety, and giving this family peace of mind.

• Colostomy care
• Catheter care
• G‑tube feedings and medication administration
• Nebulizer treatments, chest physiotherapy (“clapping”), and medication support
• Monitoring and responding to emergent needs
• Bathing and dressing assistance
• General safety, supervision, and comfort
• Organizing and stocking DME
• Maintaining cleanliness of care‑related areas

Flexible hours available between 7:30 AM and 7:30 PM.

• Active LPN or RN license in good standing (Wisconsin)
• Comfortable working in both a family home and school environment
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Completion of a paid 1‑day skills test in Madison

While healthcare experience is helpful, it is not required. Mom and Dad are patient, hands‑on teachers who are happy to train a compassionate nurse who is eager to learn and be part of their team.
