We’re excited to introduce a newly created Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) role supporting both Aurora Medical Center – Oshkosh and Aurora Medical Center – Fond du Lac. We’re seeking a forward‑thinking, relationship‑driven CNS who is passionate about elevating nursing practice and helping shape the next chapter of our hospitals' clinical excellence.We Are Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
CNS CERTIFICATION OR ACTIVELY ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM
What You Will Do:
In this hospital‑based role, you’ll have the opportunity to directly influence evidence‑based practice, strengthen professional governance, and build the structures and processes that ensure safe, high‑quality patient care. You’ll work closely with a dynamic, highly engaged nursing leadership team as we lay the foundation for our future Magnet® journey.
As a key clinical leader, you will help foster a culture of clinical inquiry and support the organization’s overall performance.
