St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for our 4NW TCU Cardiac/Telemetry Step Down Unit located within the Florence Hospital. This is a 32-bed unit for cardiac/telemetry patients.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), 4NW TCU Cardiac/Telemetry – 32 Bed Unit

Shift/

Hours:

Part-Time – 24 hours/week, 7P-7A

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN:

• Assists patients with activities of daily living
• Provides patients personal care and comfort
• Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients

• Certified in the state where work is being performed as Certified Nurse Assistant
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Completion of applicable state courses
• Successful completion of Certified Nurse Assistant exam required for certification
• Not listed on the applicable State Abuse Registry
• Must have CPR for the professional rescuer
• Demonstrates basic mathematical skills
• Successful work employment history
