Job Overview

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is hiring full‑time board‑certified nurse practitioners or physician assistants to conduct Video Visits for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. The role involves delivering approximately 30‑minute visits online, including medication and medical history review, health education, and answering member questions.

• Conduct online Video Visits (~30minutes) with health plan members, including medication and medical history review and health education.
• Maintain 40hours of weekly availability, ensuring at least 320 capacity units per month.
• Complete at least 220 Video Visits per month to meet performance targets.
• Maintain training, credentials, and compliance with Video Visit requirements (mandatory training).
• Credential and register for all health plan clients and line of business in primary coverage state(s).
• Participate in regular manager, team, and clinical meetings.
• Maintain active state licenses in coverage areas; board certification required (FNP, AGNP preferred for NPs). Multi‑state licenses may be required.
• Adhere to Signify Health operational, clinical, and member‑experience KPIs and metrics.

• Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Experience delivering telehealth, Video Visits, or in‑home health evaluations (preferred).
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Proficiency with health information management systems and general technology.
• Ability to work independently in a private setting with reliable broadband, video/audio, and a neutral background.
• Compliance with privacy requirements per CVS Health guidelines.

• Autonomous practice; ability to work without direct supervision.
• Effective vision skills for computer screens and iPad.
• Maintaining confidentiality and privacy during remote visits.
• Experience with mandatory training and certification maintenance.

Clinicians will be dedicated to Video Visits only. Work is performed remotely in a quiet, private space with reliable broadband connectivity and a neutral background. Typical weekly hours: 40.

Pay range: $87,035–$187,460 annually (base salary), dependent on experience, education, geography, and other factors. Additional incentive structure based on visits completed. Full‑time benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources (subject to eligibility).
