Progressive Care Unit - PCU RN - Travel Nurse

TNAA Total Med RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for a PCU position in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This role is a 12‑week assignment with 36 hours per week, 12‑hour shifts. The right RN should have 1–2 years recent acute care experience. The pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Job :#1420319.

• Provide basic bedside care and stabilize critical cardiac patients.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs.
• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medication, reporting any adverse reactions to treatment.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment used on patients, interpret and record electronic displays.
• Initiate corrective action when monitoring equipment indicates adverse symptomatology.
• Stand and walk for long periods, bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty; lift up to 20 pounds normally, up to 50 pounds when moving or lifting patients.
• Work in a fast‑paced environment, cope with stress, and interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.

• ACLS, BLS certified.
• NIH certification.
• 2+ years acute care experience.
• Additional certifications may be required prior to assignment.
