Job OverviewAs a Long-Term Care Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well‑being of our residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
This position is 6‑8 shifts in a two‑week pay period on the NOC shift (10:30 pm‑6:45 am) for a total of 46.5‑62 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Participate in staff training and development activities.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin.
- Previous experience in long‑term care or similar healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient‑centered care.
