Nurse – RN

As a Long Term Care Registered Nurse you will play a vital role in delivering high quality patient care and promoting the well being of our residents We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents This position is 6 8 shifts in a two week pay period on the NOC shift 1030pm 645am for a total of 465 62 hours per week.

• Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long term care setting
• Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Foster strong relationships with residents and their families providing emotional support and education
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in staff training and development activities

• Valid Registered Nurse RN license in Wisconsin
• Previous experience in long term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient centered care
