We invite you to join our team at Evergreen where we prioritize exceptional resident care in a warm and supportive environment This position is 6 8 shifts in a two week pay period on the NOC shift 1030pm 645am for a total of 465 62 hours per week

• Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness

• A current LPN license in Wisconsin
