North Shore Healthcare in Soldier's Grove is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on 12-hour shifts with weekend/holiday coverage and shift differentials.
The LPN will work under RN Unit Manager/DON, provide care, implement and evaluate plans of care, supervise nursing assistants, and ensure resident safety in a home-like setting. CPR certification and LPN licensure required; strong English communication and basic computer skills preferred.
