Yes Hours Per Week: 24 Schedule Details/Additional Information: 10 week block, 24 hour shifts (6a-6a) .6 FTE Pay Range: $59.00 - $88.50

Essential Functions
  • Utilizes advanced knowledge and skills to provide nursing and selected medical procedures for neonates and infants
  • Communicates and collaborates with appropriate members of the health care team, including patient families
  • Works to improve the quality of care provided to neonates
  • Advances the care of neonates through participation in and application of the research process. Shares knowledge on a formal and informal basis with interdisciplinary team as relates to specialty area
  • Ensures the continuous quality of professional services by maintaining updated knowledge and skills
  • Maintaining current and valid licensure with the State Board of Nursing to provide continuous nursing services to prevent the spread of blood borne and/or airborne disease(s)
  • Ensures age/developmentally appropriate patient care is provided in accordance with Age-Specific Care Guidelines for the specific age groups served
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Advanced clinical assessment skills for neonates
    • Ability to make sound and timely decisions
    • Ability to cooperate and work well with others
