Nurse - PM Shift Every Other Weekend OnlyAt Evergreen, we believe in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our passionate team!
Job Overview: As a Long-Term Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting the well-being of our residents. We are looking for a compassionate individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.
This position is 2 shifts in a two week pay period on the PM shift (2:30pm-10:45pm) every other Saturday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide holistic nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Foster strong relationships with residents and their families, providing emotional support and education
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Participate in staff training and development activities
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Wisconsin
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care
