We are looking for a Quality Engineer to work in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This role will require the engineer to be onsite. The role is geared toward a Quality Engineer with 1–3 years of experience and requires the engineer to be a U.S. citizen due to ITAR regulations.
The Quality Engineer is responsible for supporting and facilitating the quality system in all company processes to assure ongoing improvements in quality performance and customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with all company departments and processes to ensure continuity in company quality objectives and support operations by providing the necessary procedures, practices, and information to assure the quality objectives are met, optimizing overall productivity.
EssentialDuties And Responsibilities
- Assist in directing and managing the implementation of the quality plan as prescribed by quality management.
- Facilitate the development of Quality Systems to provide consistent inspection and testing to meet company objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and reporting of quality measurements and analysis.
- Help determine the adequacy and accuracy of quality standards. Where standards are not available, coordinate their development.
- Perform special assignments as required.
- Promote and ensure quality activities in manufacturing and support functions to assure that company objectives are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Six Sigma certification and CQE.
