Responsibilities Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
Identify and report any non-conformance issues, and work with production teams to implement corrective actions.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field preferred.
Previous experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Proficient in using measurement tools and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with quality management systems and ISO standards is a plus.
You should be proficient in:

Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA)
