Pay Rate: $28.85 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift – 7:00am to 3:00pm, Monday through Friday

What’s a typical day as a Quality Technician? You’ll be:

  • Reviewing and auditing production and material records to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Verifying product conformance by assessing documentation, engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Accurately documenting findings using Microsoft Excel and Word to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborating with the Quality Manager to report trends, discrepancies, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (technical training preferred).
  • Bring 1–3 years of experience in quality, auditing, or manufacturing support (automotive or related industries a plus).
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation.
  • Possess strong attention to detail and can interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Are familiar with quality systems such as ISO 9001 (preferred but not required).
