The
** Quality Inspector
** will be responsible for repetitive and routine inspection to ensure parts, units, equipment, or material follow quality standards.
** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
*** Performs the inspection of quality of material to ensure it meets customer expectations
* Reject non-conforming materials according to written procedures.
* Verifies dimensional correctness and quality of workmanship of product.
* Checks electrical phasing on all factory assembled systems;
Signs electrical test reports on finished product indicating test was performed as required.
* Performs installation, maintenance, and repair duties as necessary.
* Performs audits to ensure established standards of quality are maintained.
* Maintains complete and accurate records and documentation to test/inspection activities.
* Stages equipment, tools, and parts, and directs subcontractors as necessary.
* Submits all necessary reports, records, and paperwork in a timely fashion.##
** YOU HAVE:
*** Basic skills in an analytical or scientific method or operational process.
* Works within clearly defined standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines under close supervision.
* Completes assignments on or ahead of schedule and accomplishes assigned work in an organized, timely manner.
* Maintains a level of productivity that is sufficient to accomplish assigned tasks
* Completes tasks with minimal errors.
* Reports on time and communicates schedule changes promptly to supervisor.
* Applies knowledge, skills, and abilities to progress team goals.
* People first approach to build strong and collaborative relationships with cross functional teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Capacity to operate within a dynamic environment supporting a high growth business.
