We’re hiring a Cookie Crew Member at our UW Oshkosh store located at 547 High Avenue Oshkosh, WI 54901
. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, answering questions, baking cookies, handling cash, and maintaining a clean bakery environment.

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

• Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Ambitious nature
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
