Merchandiser – Greater Stevens Point/Plover Area

About the Role- Stocking and displaying Keurig Dr Pepper products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within the assigned territory.
- Reporting directly to assigned stores during scheduled shifts and covering routes as assigned.
- Using personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory; does not transport products (products are delivered in advance).
- Using a company‑issued phone with a programed app to clock in/out for scheduled shifts and to track mileage for reimbursement.
- Full‑time, 6 am until work is finished.
- 5 scheduled shifts per week.
- Weekends required (days off fall during the week).
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Self‑motivated and customer‑service oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. Able to work independently on assigned tasks while also enjoying interaction with coworkers. Active, detailed‑oriented, and willing to spend the majority of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of products.
Total Rewards- Pay starting at $21.86 per hour. Increases to $22.95 per hour in the quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Capability to push and pull up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
