General Management Position:
The following description applies to all General Management Positions. Please read the information listed below.

This role is for individuals who thrive on leading a team and ensuring smooth daily operations at Domino’s Pizza.

General managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.

• Perform all duties of the Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Be responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile (you will need to smile when answering the phone).
• Operate the cash register and collect payment from customers.
• Make fast, accurate and consistent products while complying with all portion sizes, recipes and baking procedures.
• Deliver products by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant from the first thing the customer sees all the way to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

We can train you to answer the phone and make a perfect pizza, but you should have the following skills to be a successful General Manager.

• Experience leading a team during your shift, managing staff of 3–30 people with strong motivational skills.
• A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle access.
• Ability to serve as a role model – timely for shifts, positive attitude toward customers and co‑workers, and adhering to high standards of appearance.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with capacity to work when the team needs you the most.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.

General store team duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, processing telephone orders, inventory management, and cleaning daily. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Perform accurate arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and handle monetary change.
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for processing orders.
• Strong motor coordination for rapid and precise tasks.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer or touchscreen.

Work may involve varying weather when removing trash and other outside tasks. In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F+ in some work areas. Tasks can involve fumes from food, cornmeal dust, and exposure to sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing – most tasks performed from a standing position.
• Walking – temporary tasks on various flooring, including ceramic tile and linoleum; work surface heights between 36–48 inches.
• Sitting – paperwork in office areas.
• Lifting – bulk deliveries up to 50 lb; storing items up to 72 in tall.
• Carrying – handling larger items (e.g., 30‑lb pizza sauce, 12‑lb dough trays).

Must be able to talk and hear on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision required. Depth perception and ability to discern hot versus cold surfaces essential.

Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, manage stress, meet quality standards, handle customer interactions, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
