Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, package merchandise, and ensure order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult customers as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers, select products, and work in all departments. The position is fast paced, requiring work in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. You will also dispense orders to customers, engaging them in conversation throughout the process and occasionally assisting in‑store customers.
