Store 4523, 208 Bowen Street, US‑WI‑Oshkosh – R‑Stores brand.

Minimum pay: USD $12.00 per hour. Maximum pay: USD $14.00 per hour.

Position type:
Part‑time. Shift: Day, Afternoon, Evening.

As a Sales Associate, you will manage the cash register, keep the store clean and inviting, and provide friendly customer service. You will handle duties such as maintaining restrooms, sanitizing gas pumps, clearing litter, stock displays, and stepping in across departments as needed.

• Greet every customer with a smile and operate the register accurately and quickly.
• Be knowledgeable about lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales and ensure full compliance with age verification and legal requirements.
• Offer friendly service and upsell customers when appropriate.
• Maintain the inside and outside of the store in a clean and safe manner, including deep cleaning high‑use restrooms, wiping and sanitizing gas pumps, picking up litter, and trash removal in all weather.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise fresh and full.
• Keep the store organized by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways.
• Cross‑train in other departments, such as deli, as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Act as a team player and help wherever necessary.

• Age Requirement: 18 years or older.
• Availability: Must work weekends and holidays.

• Experience: Retail or customer service experience a plus, but not required.

The pay range listed reflects the minimum and maximum rate for this position. Actual starting pay will vary based on experience, skills, and shift.
