Booth Setup Help Needed – EAA Air Venture (Oshkosh)
Looking for 2 people to help set up our clients booth ahead of EAA Air Venture Oshkosh (July 18-19, 2026).
Shifts:
- Saturday July 18, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday July 19, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Assemble booth materials, signage, and displays to get their space show-ready.
Duties may include unloading supplies and equipment from a trailer, laying modular flooring, setting up and arranging tables and chairs, moving lightweight display items, spreading and leveling bags of mulch, hanging merchandise on clothing racks, organizing supply cabinets, and helping prepare the exhibit area for opening.
This position requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and working outdoors. Staff should be comfortable lifting and moving items weighing up to approximately 40–50 pounds with assistance as needed.
Good fit if you:
Can lift/carry boxes and materials, work well as part of a small team, and don't mind being on your feet.
