As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you are the face of NIKE and help customers make the best decisions. You’ll work with your team to focus on customer service and win the right way. You will support the store's goals, collaborate in a fast‑paced environment, and inspire customers in their first product experience.

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to best support customer needs.
• Bring your positive attitude and passion to your teammates and customers every day.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles to bring the consumer journey to life.
• Make customers feel welcome, care about their wants and needs, and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Play by the rules and be professional, demonstrating integrity, reliability, and kindness.
• Operate a cash register, shipping, and receiving duties, stocking products, cleaning, and building visual displays with or without accommodations.
• Show up for your teammates by attending store events.

• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• One year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
