• Ensures customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately scanning ticketsandprocessing payment while following cash handling standards.
• Educates customers on Round Upprogramto achieveprogramgoals.
• Informs customers onGoodPointsprogramto achieveprogramgoals.
• Operatestelephoneincluding professionally answering calls andoperatingthepagingsystem.
• Ensures items are properly displayed, pulled, andrestockedin alignment with merchandising standards and leadership guidance.
• Assists customers inlocatingitemswhenpossibleorseeksassistanceforthecustomerifunabletohelp.
• Maintainsaclean,safe,andorganizedworkarea;completes opening/closing checklists and supports general cleaning, including parking lot maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.

What We Need From You :

• Excellent time management and prioritization skillsandtheability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customerserviceandattention to detail.
• Ability tooperatea cash register and accurately count money.
• Basic math skills required.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with computers ora willingness andability to learn.
• Reliable transportation andability to worka flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular andtimely attendance in accordance withthe assigned work schedule.

• Work is performed primarily in a standard retail backroom or warehouse environment with extensive team member contact and frequent interruptions.
• Primary function requires sufficient physical ability to repetitively:
• Stand for prolonged periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• Independently twist,lift,carry,pushorpull moderate (10pounds) to heavy (25 pounds) of weight; using a team lift for objects weighing over 25 pounds.
• Reach (approximately 54inches).
• Frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch.
• Sufficient hand and finger dexterity to perform detailed tasks.
• Verbally communicate to exchange information.
