Powersports Sales Professional

Hexco Motorsports is looking for a highly motivated seasoned Powersports Sales Professional with 5+ years experience to join our fast‑paced dealership team.

If you are a self‑starter who follows up on leads quickly, closes deals, and thrives on commission, this is a serious income opportunity.

You will be selling top brands including Honda, Can‑Am, Ski‑Doo, Sea‑Doo, Suzuki, Arctic Cat, and Kayo, encompassing motorcycles, ATVs, side‑by‑sides, snowmobiles, and personal watercraft.

Hours:

Flexible, must be able to work nights and weekends.

• Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right products to solve their problem.
• Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized.
• Assist in ensuring that the product is in excellent condition, clean, organized, and ready to show.
• Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
• Use literature and training resources to stay up to date on products and features.

• General understanding of the principles of sales.
• Strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with customer service.
• Motorcycle license or ability to obtain a motorcycle license.
• Clean driving record.

• 5+ years powersports sales experience.
• Strong closer who turns leads into sales.
• Fast follow‑up and pipeline management.
• Motivated by performance pay and commissions.
