Seeking a Sales Manager for one of the nation's largest distributors within the flow control and process controls market.
What You'll Do:- Manage a team of sales reps
- Develop and maintain your own account base
- Responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of sales organization
- Establish sales targets, develop strategic plans, analyze performance metrics, ensure consistent execution of company policies
- Cover territory from Appleton to Madison area
Skills:
- Experience in flow control industry - pumps, instrumentation, & solid knowledge of valves / valve automation
- Track record of leading and developing sales teams
- Technical capacity / mechanical aptitude
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in Outside Sales / Account Manager / Territory Manager within industrial marketplace
