Parts and Rental Specialist (Whitehall, WI)

Branch Manager

We are seeking an individual with a positive, determined attitude to support and maintain our dynamic customer base.

• Provide excellent customer service for all customer interaction (over the counter or phone)
• Assist customers with renting, selling, billing, receiving and delivery of required parts and equipment offering smart, efficient solutions that result in 100% customer satisfaction
• Inspect and document rental inventory. Communicate with shop and sales on inventory availability
• Communicate with customers and their insurance companies prior to renting equipment to ensure proper insurance coverage.
• Assist with sales of parts to establish competitive pricing and maintain sufficient profitability
• Assist with parts orders to fulfill the demands of customers as well as inventory stock.
• Maintain general organization of inventory, office supplies, counter, and assist with yard inventory organization
• Inspect incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders
• Arrange and complete packing and shipping services for long distance customers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Previous retail or parts counter experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Understanding of general mechanical/technical terms
• Strong work ethic
• Skilled in math and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, internet searches, website browsing, and Google Docs)
• Detail oriented, neat & organized (process flow, documentation, warranties, returns)
• Independent & confident with an eagerness to learn
• Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds and be on your feet for long periods of time
