Job Overview

Field Sales Representatives responsible for driving the growth of gross sales, revenue, and average selling price in an assigned territory. They build long‑term customer relationships, provide product education and demonstration, and collaborate with cross‑functional business partners to position Starkey’s value proposition.

Job Responsibilities
  • Territory Strategy and Management
    • Assess and understand territory needs and develop a strategy aligned with regional and national goals
    • Increase share of wallet in the assigned territory
    • Build relationships with internal business partners to position Starkey’s value proposition
  • Sales Process and Pipeline Management
    • Use solution‑based selling to identify customer needs and objectives
    • Build a robust pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets
    • Utilize sales tools to manage the pipeline and advance the sales process
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Establish partnerships through mutually beneficial goals and objectives
    • Expand the customer base by onboarding new customers
    • Retain and grow existing customers
  • Training
    • Conduct customer product training
    • Complete product and sales training to enable successful customer education
  • Business Planning
    • Conduct quarterly customer business reviews
    • Plan monthly territory forecasts
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years of hearing aid industry field experience or related field;
    Licensed HIS or AUD preferred
  • Solutions‑focused selling approach
  • Product and marketplace expertise
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strategic mindset
  • Relationship building skills
Salary and Compensation

The target base pay range for this position is between $75,000 and $89,000 annually, influenced by location, market conditions, skills, education, and experience. The role is eligible for an annual incentive plan with monthly payouts based on performance goals set by Sales Leadership; incentive earnings are not guaranteed.
