Designed for completion in 18‑24 months, it provides industry knowledge, skills, and resources to develop relationship‑building and career growth.
Location:
Highland Park, MI.
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Bachelor’s degree required. Learn more about the program:
- Handle sales and process inbound calls and outbound solicitations.
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.
- Generate rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
- Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle PM and cleanliness standards.
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies.
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and grow the customer base.
Volunteer as an On‑Call Representative based on schedule determined by the supervisor. Perform additional duties as assigned.

- High energy, self‑motivated, self‑directed with the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to create and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail oriented with strong follow‑up practices.
- High degree of common sense and aptitude to learn quickly.
- Willingness to relocate within the region/US at the conclusion of the training program.
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- One (1) year or more of customer service with issues resolution experience (preferred).
- Intermediate computer literacy.
- No travel required.
- Not DOT regulated.
