Admissions Representative

Overview

We are seeking an Admissions Representative to be responsible for outreach, recruitment, and admission of students to online educational programs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to build relationships with prospective students, colleagues, and external partners. 100% WFH, 8-5 M-F Central Time.

• Conduct outreach to prospective students and manage the admissions process for online programs.
• Build relationships with prospective students, colleagues, and external partners.
• Work toward enrollment targets and contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
• Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage student information and communications.
• Make outbound calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth applicant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 1-2 years of experience in college admissions, sales, staffing, or recruiting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with technology (Excel/Google Sheets, Gmail, CRM)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Ability to make 80+ outbound calls per day
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office

• Previous experience in education admissions or outbound calling inside sales
• Experience in cold-calling, outreach, or sales
• Familiarity with higher education regulations and accreditation standards

100% remote; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday
