Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a motivated RV Sales Associate to join our team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This commission-based role offers uncapped earning potential, with successful associates able to earn between $50,000 and $150,000+ annually depending on performance. You will receive up to 4 weeks of training pay to set you up for success.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in RVs, automotive, or related fields. Our comprehensive benefits package includes Paid Time Off, 401(k), and health coverage for full-time associates.
