WCS Industries is looking for an Inside Sales Support Specialist to take on exciting challenges.

The Inside Sales Support Specialist will help implement and operate Hub Spot, support sales and marketing execution, strengthen data and reporting, improve follow-up discipline, and help ensure customer and prospect signals are captured, routed, and acted upon.

  • Support Hub Spot implementation, configuration, adoption, data quality, and ongoing use across the commercial team.
  • Maintain accurate company, contact, activity, task, opportunity, campaign, and customer-signal information.
  • Help establish CRM standards for required fields, stages, next steps, ownership, close dates, activity tracking, and reporting discipline.
  • Support user training, troubleshooting, documentation, and adoption so Hub Spot becomes a trusted operating system, not a database of stale information.
  • Prepare weekly commercial reports for pipeline, target accounts, quote follow-up, next steps, campaign activity, customer signals, and CRM hygiene.
  • Help leadership and the sales team see where opportunities are moving, stuck, at risk, or missing clear ownership.
  • Support the weekly commercial cadence by preparing accurate data, follow-up lists, action items, and dashboard views.
  • Identify process gaps, reporting issues, follow-up breakdowns, duplicate records, stale opportunities, and missing customer information.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team.
  • Support lead routing, prospect research, customer outreach preparation, meeting preparation, campaign follow-up, and inside-sales coordination.
  • Assist with quote and opportunity follow-up discipline to help ensure strong opportunities are not lost because of poor process.
  • Support account managers, outside sales, reps, and leadership with account information, contact updates, activity history, and next-step visibility.
  • Help organize target account lists, campaign lists, call lists, and follow-up actions for new business development and account expansion.
  • Support campaign lists, form submissions, trade-show follow-up, email sequences, prospect research, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Assist with follow-up processes for demand-generation initiatives, including Conversion Works, Reshoring Advantage, cross-sell campaigns, and targeted account outreach.
  • Help connect marketing activity to sales follow-up so campaigns produce visible action, learning, and opportunity creation.
