Territory Manager – Oshkosh, WI
Reynolds American is looking for a Territory Manager within our Marketing Function in Oshkosh, WI. The role focuses on growing brands by building strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Achieves commercial sales and growth objectives within territory assignment supporting Division, Region, and Company goals.
- Develops a local strategy and business plan to meet individualized territory objectives, including identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and targeting existing and potential retail outlets.
- Develops strategy for product and point‑of‑sale material placements to optimize sales and market visibility.
- Achieves customer/consumer engagement skills certification and demonstrates mastery within territory.
- Builds client willingness and capability to collaborate with the Company on key business fundamentals, accelerating industry transformation and increasing market share.
- Maintains business relationships with local chains and distributors to increase sales and promote Reynolds brands through correspondence, visits, and presentations.
- Sells and executes the 5
Ps of presence, pricing, promotion, product, and personal selling to customers and adult nicotine consumers. - Analyzes territory to identify and negotiate contracts with new retail customer opportunities.
- Collaborates with Division Manager on territory‑specific customer and sales planning, product initiatives, and improving market share.
- Ability to communicate with and engage retail customers and adult nicotine consumers in person.

- Physical capabilities: lift up to 30 lbs, climb and work from heights 9‑12 ft, access limited/ confined spaces, inspect and manipulate merchandise and displays, frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience preferred.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Committed to continuous personal and professional growth.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Previous marketing‑focused role – preferably sales, field marketing, or B2B.
- Demonstrated success in a sales representative/territory manager role.
- Geographical mobility across the United States to support career growth.
Wage Information
- Annual Salary: $68,700
- Bonus Target: 20%
