Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee client accounts, build and maintain relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction Water's solutions. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, identifying growth opportunities, providing consultative support to clients, and developing customized strategies to meet individual client needs. The Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery, timely troubleshooting, and alignment with clients’ operational and sustainability goals.
Qualifications- Client Relationship Management and Account Growth skills
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills for diagnosing and addressing client needs
- Project Management and Communication skills to collaborate across teams effectively
- Technical knowledge of water treatment systems, processes, or related industrial solutions
- Ability to identify opportunities for business development and propose targeted solutions
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts concurrently in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the water treatment industry
