As a Field Marketing Specialist, you are the face of Abby Home. You will be out in local neighborhoods, engaging with homeowners, and sparking interest in our premium home remodeling services.

Please Note:

This is not a high-pressure sales closing role. Your primary goal is to start friendly conversations and schedule free, no-obligation consultations for our expert design and sales teams.

• Solid Base Pay:
  Starting at $16 to $18 per hour.
• Uncapped Bonus Structure:
  Earn extra cash on every qualified appointment scheduled and Sale. There is absolutely no cap on your earnings—your hustle directly dictates your paycheck!

• Walk door to door in targeted neighborhoods in South East Wisconsin to engage with homeowners.
• Introduce Abby Home's services and identify homeowners' potential needs (windows, roofing, siding, entry doors, gutters, bathrooms, etc.).
• Actively listen to homeowners, answer basic questions, and build quick rapport.
• Secure appointments for our project consultants.
• Meet daily and weekly goals for homeowner engagements and scheduled leads.
