Join the Fleet Farm team as a Sales Associate in Farm, Pet and Automotive! You’ll help customers find the right products, keep the department stocked and ready, and provide Best in Class service. If your friendly, dependable, enjoy staying busy, and bring a little Midwestern GRIT to everything you do, we’d love to have you on the team!
Job Duties
- Take care of our customers: Make every customer feel welcome.
- Keep it stocked: Keep shelves, endcaps, displays, and sale items full.
- Keep the store ready: Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor.
- Keep pricing on point: Assist with price changes, clearance, and sale pricing.
- Recover the department: Face shelves, clean, and restock products throughout the day.
- Pitch in at checkout: Learn the register and jump in to support the team when needed.
- Keep merchandise looking great: Help with resets, displays, housekeeping, and moving freight to the sales floor.
- Share the Fleet Farm experience: Promote Fleet Rewards, the Loyalty Program, credit card offers, and other Fleet Farm programs.
- Bring the Midwestern GRIT: Work hard, help your teammates, and jump in wherever you’re needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
- Previous retail or related experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and climb ladders is required.
