As a Security Officer - Full Time Mornings in Oshkosh, WI
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols of buildings and grounds, stay highly visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will engage with employees and visitors through clear communication and customer service.

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following site‑specific, security‑related procedures, access requirements, and post orders at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or security‑related concerns.
• Monitor alarms, CCTV, and/or other site systems as assigned, and document observations, patrol activity, and notable events in written and/or electronic reports.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including notifying appropriate contacts, assisting with scene control, and supporting emergency response activities as directed.
• Control entry and exit points by checking identification, verifying visitor appointments, managing vehicle and truck traffic as assigned, and enforcing site rules in a professional manner.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
