Security Officer First Shift

Position: Security Officer - Full Time - First Shift
Allied Universal - Up to $19.47/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to site personnel, vendors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking lots, and the perimeter to help to identify unusual activity and/or hazards to property.;
Control access at entry points by checking identification, managing visitor and contractor check-in, and directing traffic and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, assisting with evacuations and/or shelter procedures, and coordinating with on-site contacts and public responders as needed.;
Document patrols, access activity, and incidents using written and/or electronic reports, and communicate observations and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
