Our De Pere location is expanding, and we’re looking for a Trailer Technician / Trailer Mechanic who takes pride in their craft and wants to work in a clean, modern, and supportive environment.

Correctly perform DOT & PM Inspections on trailers. Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, including brakes, air system, electrical system and suspension components. Perform welding and fabrication repairs. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of all work performed.
What You’ll Do- Perform DOT and Preventative Maintenance inspections on trailers
- Diagnose and repair brake, air, electrical (lighting, ABS), and suspension systems
- Weld and fabricate steel and aluminum trailer components
- Complete work orders and service documentation accurately
- Handle on-site service calls when needed
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Work professionally with customers, drivers, and team members
- Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (CDL preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Experience with welding, fabrication, or trailer repair preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands‑on tasks safely
