Job Description

Structured rotating schedule: primarily day shift, with periodic afternoon and night shift rotations.

Hourly pay ranges from $38.73 to $39.88, depending on experience.

• $2.00 per hour differential for night shift and double time pay on Sunday.

• Follow safe work behaviors and look out for hazards.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and service HVAC, utility, and process support equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on boilers, steam systems, pumps, refrigeration, controls, and piping.
• Recommend equipment improvements to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Create a positive, inclusive work environment.
• Document completed work in an electronic logbook.

• Currently possess a two‑year associate’s degree in a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technology maintenance field OR be within six months of obtaining such a degree, OR possess a one‑year technical diploma or higher in HVAC maintenance (completed and verified prior to start) AND have two or more years HVAC maintenance experience.
• Ability to handle a variety of refrigerants and obtain necessary EPA Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Reliable transportation to Menomonie, WI (54751), or relocation before starting.
• Completion of a job‑related readiness assessment.

• HVAC experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing process controls and facility support equipment, including PLCs, AC/DC drives and motors, HVAC controls, and pneumatic/electric devices.
• Universal Refrigeration Certifications.
• Self‑motivated, dependable, and team‑oriented work style.
