Developmental Technician, Refrigeration​/HVAC Maintenance

We are seeking a Developmental Technician specializing in Refrigeration and HVAC Maintenance to join our dynamic team  role supports store operations by maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of store facilities, equipment, and fixtures under the guidance of the Market Manager.

• Assist or perform primary maintenance tasks under supervision of an experienced technician.
• Maintain and repair store facilities, equipment, and assets using multidisciplinary craft skills such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.
• Process and document work orders through the work order management system.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required safety and operational training.

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights, including ladder use.
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent driving record.
• Type I and Type II EPA certification for refrigerant handling (required).

• Mechanical maintenance or construction experience in commercial HVAC/R and building controls.

• Hourly wage range: $16.00 – $28.00 plus applicable premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, location, season, or specific work.
• Individual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors.
