Maintenance Technician

Extension Recruiting is currently looking for Maintenance Technicians across all shifts with our client in Fond Du Lac, WI. Our ideal candidates are highly independent, mechanically inclined maintenance techs with a background in industrial maintenance and experience Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Support equipment installations and process improvements Maintain maintenance records and inventory documentation Support production teams during equipment breakdowns Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing Strong hands-on technical background (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic) Ability to troubleshoot 480v electrical systems Strong blueprint reading skills
