Night Shift - 2-2-3 (Non Rotating) - 6pm-6am

$33-$38/hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, with a strong focus on electrical systems.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PLCs, VFDs, control panels, sensors, and other electrical components.

  • Support mechanical maintenance including conveyors, mixers, pumps, ovens, packaging, and refrigeration systems.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, SQF, and OSHA standards during all maintenance activities.

  • Assist with installation, modification, and upgrades of new equipment and automation systems.

  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, records, and work orders using CMMS.

  • Collaborate with production, sanitation, and quality teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.

  • Participate in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and safety initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Required:

    • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in food or beverage manufacturing
      .

    • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, 480V/3-phase systems).

    • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.

    • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.

    • Familiarity with GMPs, food safety, and sanitation requirements.

    • Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.

  • Preferred:

    • Technical degree, trade school, or journeyman certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or electrical systems.

    • Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and industrial automation.

    • Previous CMMS system experience.

    • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement practices.
