PositionWe are looking for an Experienced Asphalt Shuttle Buggy Operator for the upcoming 2026 season. The operator will run multiple types of paving equipment—including asphalt rollers—safely and efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesOperate asphalt shuttle buggy equipment and associated paving machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

Qualifications- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience operating asphalt shuttle buggy.
- CDL desired but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Capability to work varied hours, including nights, early mornings and weekends as needed.
- Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions and in dirty, dusty environments.
- Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member (union membership not required before employment).
