Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Role Overview
Service and support manufacturing operations by maximizing production output through expedient machine repair, procurement of repair parts, preventive maintenance, safety, and maintenance of building systems. Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
Schedule and Location OptionsEMT: 2‑2‑3 Straight Night Shift (Oshkosh or Appleton) – $28–$42 + $1.20 premium.
Automation Specialist: 2‑2‑3 Straight Days (Oshkosh) – $32–$42.
Journeyman Millwright: 12‑hour Rotating COS (Neenah) – $39.52.
Millwright:
Monday – Thursday 10‑hour days, 40% travel required (New London) – pay based on skillset.

- Act as a safety leader and prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, components, and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Create and understand the work order process using SAP.
- Problem‑solve issues concerning equipment operation and manufacturing processes to maximize output.
- Participate in developmental project work with R&D, manufacturing, and outside equipment and parts vendors.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in a relevant industry.
- Valid Journeyman Millwright license (required for Neenah role).
- Previous industrial experience working with machine processes, schedules, and diverse manufacturing teams.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
