Laborer – Underground Utility Construction

As a Laborer, you’ll work alongside experienced drill operators, plow operators, and crew leads on underground utility projects including fiber optic installation.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with horizontal directional drilling (HDD), vibratory plowing, and trenching operations
• Hand digging and potholing utilities
• Jobsite setup and cleanup
• Loading/unloading materials and equipment
• Traffic control and site safety setup
• Maintaining tools and equipment
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

Experience in construction is preferred but not required. We’re willing to train the right person.
